Welcome to Aphelion Collectables.
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access AphelionCollectables.com, create an account, place an order or purchase products from Aphelion Collectables.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Aphelion Collectables is an Australian trading card and collectables retailer.

We sell products including individual trading cards, sealed trading card products, accessories and other collectables.
2. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting and, where applicable, manufacturing variations.
For individual trading cards, the game, set, card number, finish and condition stated in the product listing form part of the product description.
Where a listing uses a representative or stock image rather than an image of the exact item being supplied, this may be indicated on the product page.
3. Trading Card Condition
Individual trading cards may be sold in different conditions.
Any stated condition relates to the overall condition of the card and does not constitute a guarantee that a card will receive any particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC or another professional grading company.
Grading is subjective and standards may differ between grading companies.
Normal manufacturing variations may occur in trading card products, including minor centring differences, print lines, factory marks or other production variations.
This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if an item is materially different from its description or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, prices will include GST.
Any delivery charges or other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Australian businesses must display clear and accurate prices and generally must show the total price including unavoidable charges before purchase. ACCC
We may change product prices from time to time. A change to a product’s price will not retrospectively change the agreed price of a completed purchase, except where permitted by law.
If we discover a genuine pricing, listing or technical error, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and deal with the order in accordance with applicable Australian law.
5. Orders
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in your order.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We may need to cancel or amend an order in circumstances including:
- an item unexpectedly becoming unavailable
- an inventory or website system error
- incorrect product information
- a payment being declined or reversed
- suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- an error affecting our ability to fulfil the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item or order.
We will not cancel an order for reasons that would conflict with your rights under Australian law.
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
Your order may not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received or authorised.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policies.
Aphelion Collectables does not directly store your complete credit or debit card details.
7. Product Availability
Stock quantities displayed on our website are updated regularly, but occasionally an item may become unavailable before our systems update.
This can occur because of simultaneous purchases, inventory discrepancies, damage, supplier issues or technical errors.
If we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund. Businesses have obligations where they cannot supply goods that have already been paid for. ACCC
8. Pre-Orders
Products marked as Pre-Order are products expected to become available at a later date.
Any release or dispatch date displayed for a pre-order is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Release dates may change due to publishers, manufacturers, distributors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Supplier allocations may also mean that we receive fewer products than originally expected.
If we are unable to fulfil your pre-order because stock has not been supplied to us, you will receive a refund for the affected product.
Where an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, dispatch arrangements may depend on the shipping option or information shown at checkout.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply to pre-orders.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped using the delivery options displayed during checkout.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown before your order is completed.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, public holidays and severe weather.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.
If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at info@aphelioncollectables.com.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.
If your order is significantly delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us so we can investigate the issue.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Free Shipping Promotions
Where we offer free shipping, the eligibility requirements displayed on our website at the time of purchase will apply.
For example, Aphelion Collectables may offer free shipping based on:
- the number of eligible single cards purchased
- the total order value
- selected products or promotions
Shipping promotions may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.
This will not affect an order that has already been completed using a valid promotion.
11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds and order cancellations are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
We are not required to provide a refund simply because you change your mind unless we have separately agreed to do so.
However, consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be excluded by a store’s terms, policies or a general “no refunds” statement. ACCC
Where required by Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

12. Sealed Trading Card Products
Unless otherwise stated, sealed products are supplied in their original manufacturer packaging.
The contents of randomised trading card products — including booster packs, booster boxes and similar products — are determined by the manufacturer.
Purchasing a sealed product does not guarantee that you will receive a particular card, rarity, character, pull rate or monetary value.
Any manufacturer-stated odds or product configurations are controlled by the manufacturer and not by Aphelion Collectables.
This does not affect your rights where a product itself is faulty, materially not as described or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee.
13. Customer Accounts
You may have the option to create an account on our website.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information
- keeping your login information confidential
- notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation
You must not use another person’s account without their permission.
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, security threats or unlawful activity.
14. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash
- expired promotions cannot be retrospectively applied
- only one promotional code may be used per order
- promotions may apply only to selected products
- promotions are subject to available stock
We may withdraw or correct a promotion that has been published in error, subject to applicable law and any rights relating to purchases already completed.
15. Website Use
You agree not to use our website:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- to interfere with the operation or security of the website
- to attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems
- to introduce malicious software or code
- to scrape, reproduce or exploit website content in an unauthorised manner
- to place fraudulent orders
- to impersonate another person
We may take reasonable steps to protect our website, customers and business from misuse.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the branding, logos, website design, written content, graphics and other original material created by Aphelion Collectables remain the property of Aphelion Collectables or the relevant rights holder.
Third-party trading card names, logos, artwork, characters and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
References to third-party brands do not imply that Aphelion Collectables owns those brands or intellectual property.
Website content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission except where permitted by law.
17. Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services such as payment processors, shipping providers or other platforms.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the operation or content of an independent third-party website, subject to any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about what information we collect and how it is used, stored and disclosed.
19. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms & Conditions are not intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy available to you that cannot legally be excluded.
Businesses cannot contract out of consumers’ automatic consumer-guarantee rights. ACCC
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aphelion Collectables is not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products or applicable laws.
Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with the revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen from an existing purchase.
22. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit any rights you may have regarding where a consumer dispute may legally be brought.
